As Head of Product – Professional Services, you take full ownership of shaping, developing, and strengthening Parakar's Professional Services portfolio across Europe.
This includes continuing to grow and optimize our Payroll and NRP services, while building and implementing additional service lines such as Accounting, Entity Setup & Management, and other professional services that support our long-term growth strategy.
You will operate at the intersection of product strategy, sales, marketing, operations, technology, and customer value. You translate market developments, customer needs, and regulatory requirements into a competitive and future-proof Professional Services portfolio.
Your mission is to strengthen and expand Parakar's Professional Services offering, support commercial growth, and continuously improve how our services are positioned, developed, and delivered.

What you will do:

• Own and continuously evolve Parakar's Professional Services portfolio, ensuring our services remain competitive, scalable, and aligned with customer and market needs; 
• Continue to grow and strengthen existing services, including Payroll and NRP, while identifying opportunities for new service offerings; 
• Build, launch, and implement additional service lines such as Accounting, Entity Setup & Management, and other future services that support Parakar's growth strategy; 
• Develop a profitable and customer-focused portfolio that delivers value to clients and strengthens Parakar's market position; 
• Shape the positioning and go-to-market strategy of Professional Services together with Sales and Marketing; 
• Translate customer feedback, market developments, and regulatory changes into new products, service improvements, and commercial opportunities; 
• Monitor business performance and identify opportunities to improve growth, profitability, operational efficiency, and customer retention; 
• Collaborate closely with teams across Sales, Operations, Legal, Finance, Product, and Leadership to drive innovation, alignment, and successful execution.
• This is a strategic and product-driven role, where you report directly to our COO, in which you own and shape our Professional Services portfolio end-to-end. You are responsible not only for strengthening existing services such as Payroll and NRP, but also for building and implementing new service lines that create additional value for our clients and support Parakar's growth ambitions.

You combine operational expertise with commercial awareness and a strong understanding of customer needs. You are comfortable navigating different country requirements, aligning stakeholders, and turning complex challenges into clear and scalable solutions.
This is a role where the goalposts are always moving. Regulations, technology, customer expectations, and international business models continue to evolve. You enjoy staying ahead of these developments and are motivated by the fact that the product is never truly finished.
You will have a direct impact on customer success and on the growth, profitability, and market position of Parakar's Professional Services portfolio.

This is your job if

• You are located in one of the countries where Parakar is located; 
• You have Bachelor-level thinking and working, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Payroll, or a related field; 
• You have at least 5-7 years of relevant experience in payroll, HR services, accounting, entity management, financial services, or a comparable international services environment; 
• You gained experience developing, scaling, or managing services, products, or business offerings;
• You have a strong commercial mindset and the ability to translate market opportunities into customer value and business growth;
• You posess the ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on and pragmatic when needed;
• You have strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align teams and drive change across an organisation;
• You have an analytical mindset and the ability to navigate complexity, priorities, and competing interests;
• You have a professional fluency in English, both spoken and written.

 
Nice to have:

• Experience with international payroll, accounting, entity management, or related professional services;
• Experience launching, scaling, or managing multiple service lines;
• Experience in consulting, product management, business development, or commercial service environments;
• Knowledge of multiple European employment, tax, payroll, accounting, or compliance frameworks.

Our offer

• A starting annual salary between €35.000 and €72.000,- gross (depending on your experience and location;
• An annual development budget of €1,000;
