Registration of new employees in the attendance system. Support in disseminating human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees. Preparation of information for external users and corresponding payments (SUNAT, AFP, MTPE, ESSALUD, and PDT PLAME). Support in the development, design, monitoring, and administration of the automation of all HR processes. Continuous monitoring of staff contract expiration dates. Requirements
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Human Resources is required, along with two years of experience in a similar role. Candidates should have advanced Excel and English skills.
