Requirements

A bachelor's or master's degree in Communications, Business, Human Resources, or a related field is required. Candidates need at least five years of experience in business communication or cultural change management and a strong understanding of change management methodologies such as ADKAR, Prosci, or Kotter's 8-Step Change Model.
