About The Team You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Position Overview This role is responsible for leading quality improvement initiatives across the JD Logistics network to enhance logistics operational efficiency and customer satisfaction through data analysis and process optimization. Key Responsibilities Volume Forecasting & Capacity Planning: Forecast daily and weekly order volumes, monitor actual performance against forecast, and provide accurate volume plans to support resource and capacity planning, avoiding overstaffing and unnecessary costs. Productivity Management: Set reasonable productivity targets for each operational function based on business volume and capacity, monitor performance against targets, and identify productivity gaps and improvement opportunities. Operational Efficiency Improvement: Work closely with warehouse, transportation, and last-mile teams to identify efficiency issues, drive improvement actions, and continuously improve operational productivity and cost efficiency. P&L and Cost Management: Analyze business P&L performance, including revenue and key cost items, identify major changes and drivers, and provide insights to support business decisions. Target Setting & Performance Monitoring: Translate overall business targets into cost, revenue, and gross margin targets for each department, and continuously monitor performance and drive teams to achieve their targets. Variance Analysis: Analyze gaps between actual and budget/target performance, identify the root causes of cost and revenue variances, and work with relevant teams to develop corrective actions. Process & SOP Optimization: Review operational processes, identify gaps between actual operations and financial results, and develop or optimize SOPs to ensure that operational activities, cost, and revenue are properly aligned. Cross-functional Business Management: Work closely with Operations, Finance, Planning, Transportation, and other teams to ensure volume, productivity, cost, and profitability targets are aligned and achieved. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in logistics quality management or process improvement, preferably with a large e-commerce or logistics company. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and other data analysis tools. Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills, with the ability to independently drive projects from initiation to completion. Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions. Solid understanding of logistics operations, with knowledge of the domestic logistics market and relevant regulations. Ability to work effectively under pressure, with a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration. Core Responsibilities

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree or higher in logistics, supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a related field, plus at least three years of logistics quality management or process improvement experience. Candidates should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and SQL, knowledge of logistics operations and domestic market regulations, and the ability to lead projects and collaborate effectively under pressure.
