Your new job | About your main responsibilities As a (senior) manager, you’ll be part of the Strategy and Execution team. You will lead and contribute to projects of strategic importance that are challenging in scale and scope. Your business acumen, analytical prowess, and interpersonal skills will be crucial in high-stakes situations, guiding clients through in pre-deal and post-deal phases, divestitures, mergers, integrations and (operational) due diligence and value creation. In your role, you will: Drive analyses, design, and implementation of solutions including performance analysis, review and design of the operating models and cost structures, separation complexity, synergy business cases or stranded costs Lead clients and their teams through the transaction cycle while forging and upholding client agreements on goals, strategies, and actionable plans and securing commitment to drive tangible results for our clients Direct and inspire your team in tackling challenges, fostering a unified approach to problem-solving and effective project delivery Contribute to business development, develop your own internal and external network and market our services Your new team | About your colleagues and the office Your team In the realm of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, the stakes could not be higher. To be successful in this role we typically see: A minimum of 5 (manager) or 7 years (senior manager) relevant M&A experience or corporate transformations, preferably from corporate M&A teams, strategy consulting or big 4 firms A Master’s degree in a Science, Engineering or Business Administration related field Knowledge of and experience with operational aspects of M&A including due diligence, planning, synergies, value creation and / or post close transformation An aptitude for qualitative and quantitative analysis and the ability to link business strategy to performance The ability to lead and communicate effectively with sound reasoning, preferably in client facing roles Your benefits | About your perks and work enjoyment A competitive salary that reflects your role and responsibilities, depending on experience and qualifications. Core Responsibilities

Lead and contribute to strategic M&A and transformation projects, including due diligence, divestitures, mergers, integrations, operating model and cost structure reviews, synergy analysis, and value creation. Guide clients through transaction planning and execution, lead project teams, and contribute to business development and network building.

Requirements

Candidates should have at least five years of relevant M&A or corporate transformation experience for the Manager level, or seven years for the Senior Manager level, and a master's degree in a science, engineering, or business administration-related field. They should have operational M&A experience and strong analytical, strategic, communication, and client leadership capabilities.
