The Role You manage the daily operations of Studio NEBOKO (https://tbwa.nl/studioneboko/) and work closely with TBWA’s Head of Design on the studio’s growth. You connect resource planning with project budgets and commercial opportunities, making sure we have the right people and processes in place. Together with account, producers, and the Business OPS Director, you keep projects running well and support a healthy, profitable studio. Key Responsibilities •Plan the work of our (15) designers and freelancers, matching skills to projects and protecting manageable workloads. •Forecast capacity based on upcoming work and flag where additional skills or resources are needed. •Partner with the Head of Design on studio growth, contributing to decisions about capacity, ways of working and new opportunities. •Support project scoping and prepare estimates and quotations together with the Head of Design and account. •Monitor utilization, project hours and freelance costs against budgets. Flag overruns and recommend action. •Improve studio workflows, creating clear responsibilities and realistic timelines from briefing through to delivery. •Coordinate with account, producers and resource managers across the Co-Labs to resolve competing priorities. •Work with the Business OPS Director to escalate unresolved resource conflicts and agree solutions. Required Experience •At least five years in operations, resource management or project management within a design studio or creative agency. •Experience managing creative teams’ capacity and working with senior stakeholders. •A good understanding of project budgets and profitability, ideally with experience preparing estimates and quotations. •Experience with Resource Guru and confidence using planning and financial data. •An understanding of how brand identity and design projects develop from brief to delivery. Part-time •25–30 hours per week. •Spread across five days. •Maximum 20% working from home.

Requirements
Requires at least five years of operations, resource management, or project management experience in a design studio or creative agency, including experience managing creative team capacity and working with senior stakeholders. Candidates should understand project budgets and profitability, be confident with Resource Guru and planning and financial data, and understand how brand identity and design projects progress from brief to delivery.
