At Videojet Technologies Europe B.V., we are looking for an ambitious Manager Safety, Health, Environment & Quality (SHEQ) to join our Management Team in De Meern. This is far more than a compliance role. You'll play a key role in shaping the future of safety, quality and operational excellence across a manufacturing and distribution operation that serves customers throughout EMEA and beyond. You'll lead and develop a team of Quality professionals, drive continuous improvement through the Veralto Enterprise System (VES), and help create a culture where safety, quality and performance go hand in hand. The role includes responsibility for safety, health, environmental and quality systems while contributing directly to site performance and continuous improvement initiatives. This position is ideally suited for professionals who have built a solid foundation in EHS, Quality, Engineering or Operations and have already demonstrated their leadership potential through team leadership, project leadership or supervisory responsibilities. Requirements
The role is suited to someone with a solid foundation in EHS, Quality, Engineering, or Operations. Prior leadership experience through team leadership, project leadership, or supervisory responsibilities is expected.
