Job brief The Service Center Technician is a hands-on role responsible for assembling, testing, and packing technical devices before they are shipped out, in line with sales order requirements, ensuring products work exactly as intended and are free of defects. The role also covers the processing of returned technical equipment and meeting deadlines for tasks and projects. Service Center is located in Amstelveen. Responsibilities Assemble devices according to work instructions Package and prepare products for shipment to customers Program technical devices Process calibrations and sales orders Perform all relevant tests on devices Maintain equipment and tools Manage specific projects and tasks as required Meet accuracy and timeliness targets Assist team leaders with process improvements Check for defects and identify potential quality issues Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders Participate in project management as needed Train new employees Follow work instructions carefully Follow safety measures, communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Requirements Experience in production and assembly processes preferred Ability to read and carefully follow instructions Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills Knowledge of warehouse operations and/or supply chain management preferred Ability to perform well under pressure Solid understanding of product quality Comfortable with physical, hands-on work in a production/technical environment Experience working in a dynamic technical environment Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Ability to work in teams and lead by example Good English verbal and written communication skills What We Offer Salary from €2,700 to €2,900 gross per month based on [38/40] hours per week 8% holiday allowance 24 vacation days per year Travel allowance Employer pension contribution Annual training and development budget Team activity budget Snack and beverages provided during working hours At Controlant, we embrace diversity and take pride in our inclusive environment. Core Responsibilities

Assemble, program, calibrate, test, and package technical devices according to work instructions and sales order requirements, ensuring quality and timely shipment. Process returned equipment, maintain tools, support projects and process improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders while following safety and communication procedures.

Requirements

Production or assembly experience is preferred, along with the ability to follow instructions carefully, strong attention to detail, and an understanding of product quality. Candidates should be comfortable with hands-on technical work, able to prioritize and work under pressure as part of a team, and have good written and verbal English communication skills.
