Are you organised, proactive and someone who follows through? DEPLOY is looking for colleagues to join our MDM (Master Data Management) Support Team. You will help an international foodservice company collect, check and organise supplier information while gaining practical experience in consultancy and exposure to data and AI. What will you do? Your initial assignment will focus on collecting packaging documentation for own-brand products under the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR). You will contact suppliers and follow up to ensure the required information and documents are provided. Your responsibilities will include: Contacting suppliers by email and telephone. Processing information from Excel files, PDF documents and emails. Checking that information is complete and linked to the correct product. Proactively following up on missing information and documents. Keeping accurate records of progress, commitments and outstanding questions. Referring technical questions to the responsible specialist. We are also exploring opportunities for the team to support data cleaning in the next project phase, including checking, completing and correcting existing records. Who are we looking for? You work carefully and independently. When information is missing, you take initiative and keep things moving. You communicate constructively with suppliers, set clear expectations and follow up on commitments. You also: Are available for at least 16 hours per week, with opportunities for up to 40 hours. Are comfortable working with Excel and processing information from different sources. Can communicate professionally in English. Preferably speak German and/or Dutch. Have an interest in data, consultancy and AI. We are recruiting for assignments supporting operations in both Germany (Kiel) and the Netherlands (Nijmegen). Why join us? Core Responsibilities

Requirements

Candidates should work carefully and independently, take initiative when information is missing, and communicate professionally with suppliers. They must be available for at least 16 hours per week, be comfortable using Excel and processing information from different sources, and communicate professionally in English; German and/or Dutch is preferred.
