Job Description
UX Designer Groenlo, Netherlands 32 - 38 hrs € 4.000 - € 5.500 Hybrid What are you going to do? At Nedap in healthcare, we believe technology should make healthcare more human. That is why we develop Nedap Ons®: software that supports healthcare professionals, so they can focus their attention on the people who need care rather than on complex systems. Within the Generics Tribe, we work on the building blocks of the Ons® Suite. This includes shared functionality such as navigation, search, tasks, and AI solutions. We also develop a design system with patterns, guidelines, and systems that create a consistent, accessible, and high-quality user experience across the entire suite. Start your application Your responsibilities As an experienced UX Designer, you will help shape the user experience of the shared building blocks of the Ons® Suite. The patterns and design choices you create are used by multiple product teams and impact thousands of healthcare professionals every day. Develop UX patterns and design solutions for shared functionality across the Ons® Suite. Move between long-term vision and hands-on design, from defining UX patterns to creating interactions and prototypes in Figma. Develop UX patterns for AI functionality, helping teams integrate new AI solutions into the Ons® Suite in a consistent and understandable way. Design UX patterns for suite-wide search, helping users quickly find the right information and functionality from one place. Test prototypes and design solutions with healthcare professionals and use their input to improve the user experience. Work on complex design challenges that span multiple teams, healthcare domains, and user groups, while keeping the experience simple and intuitive for users. Collaborate closely with other UX designers, developers, product owners, and stakeholders across different teams. Connect different disciplines, involve colleagues in design choices, and help teams work toward the best solution together. Your team You will join a small and close-knit UX team within the Generics Tribe. With you on board, the team will consist of four UX designers. We work in a hybrid way, but value meeting in Groenlo around two days a week. To design together, learn from each other, challenge each other, and, of course, have a laugh together. From this UX team, you will work on projects with different product teams within the Ons® Suite. Depending on the challenge, you will join a team for a period of time and take part in activities such as refinements, dailies, and reviews. This allows you to work closely with developers and product owners on concrete solutions, while keeping an eye on consistency across the entire Ons® Suite from a Generics UX perspective.
