The colleagues in FEC Transaction Monitoring Program & Project Management provide the structure, support, documentation and control required for change initiatives within Transaction Monitoring. You work closely with Business and Technology teams, project managers, the Project Management Office and the Financial Economic Crime Management Team. Requirements You & your talent • A bachelors degree with 10 to 15 years of relevant experience, or a masters degree with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience. • Extensive experience in Business Change and sufficient technical knowledge to connect Business and Technology. • Demonstrable experience in delivering large-scale, complex projects and programmes within a matrix organisation. • Knowledge of Transaction Monitoring, Risk Management and Project Management Office practices. • Strong communication and presentation skills in English, including at senior management level. • Independent judgement, strong decision-making skills and a proactive, flexible and quality-focused approach.

Core Responsibilities

Coordinate change initiatives across the full project lifecycle, connecting Business and Technology stakeholders and addressing complex challenges. Provide independent insights and transparent progress, results, and risk reporting, while collaborating with the Project Management Office and project managers to deliver reliable status updates to the Financial Economic Crime Management Team.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor’s degree with 10–15 years of relevant experience or a master’s degree with 5–10 years, along with extensive Business Change experience and enough technical knowledge to connect Business and Technology. Candidates should have experience delivering large-scale complex projects or programs in matrix organisations, knowledge of Transaction Monitoring, Risk Management, and Project Management Office practices, and strong English communication, presentation, decision-making, and independent judgment skills.
