Job Description

We are looking for an intern to join us for a 6 month period at our European headquarters in Amsterdam. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the aviation industry and gain valuable workplace skills! The intern will collaborate with the Brazil-based team and the global Contracts team to develop and implement an artificial intelligence solution for the Service Contracts organization. The solution may use technologies such as Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Python, and Salesforce to support contract-related processes, information management, and business reporting. Assignment Details Project Description: The project involves developing a tool capable of reading contracts and processing and categorizing the information contained in them. The structured information must then be integrated into and stored in Salesforce, where it can be used for AI agent consultations and the preparation of presentations. The principal project outcome is the complete automation of the contractual reconciliation process, including the preparation of the reconciliation presentation using information obtained from Salesforce, contracts, and other relevant systems. Responsibilities: By the end of the internship period, the intern is expected to deliver a fully developed solution that automates the contractual reconciliation process, including the collection and processing of the required information from contracts, Salesforce, and other applicable systems. Learning Objectives The intern will develop an understanding of contract-related metrics, the sales process, and the integration of systems used by the Service Contracts organization. The assignment will also provide practical experience in applying artificial intelligence and automation technologies to contractual information and business processes. Resources The intern will receive the equipment required to develop the solution, including a laptop, as well as the necessary access permissions for Salesforce, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and the contracts database. Timeline The project is expected to be completed within the six-month internship period. Evaluation and Feedback At the beginning of the assignment, the intern and the leadership team will jointly develop a Gantt chart identifying the principal project activities, milestones, target dates, and expected deliverables. The intern’s performance and overall project progress will be evaluated based on the timely completion of the milestones and deliverables established in the Gantt chart. Communication The intern will participate in the relevant project and team meetings and will hold a weekly progress meeting with the management. These meetings will be used to present progress updates, discuss risks or obstacles, request support, and confirm the next activities and priorities. Conclusion The intern will be responsible for the end-to-end development of the solution, with support and guidance from the relevant teams and leadership throughout the assignment. This project provides an opportunity to develop practical skills in project management, system integration, artificial intelligence, automation, and the responsible handling of sensitive contractual information.

Core Responsibilities

Develop and implement an AI solution that reads, processes, and categorizes contract information, then integrates structured data into Salesforce. Automate the contractual reconciliation process, including gathering information from contracts and relevant systems and preparing reconciliation presentations.

Requirements

The posting does not specify formal education, prior experience, or other entry requirements. The intern is expected to complete the solution within six months, coordinate with global teams, and track milestones and deliverables with leadership.
