For more information, please visit www.ltimindtree.com. About the role We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead cross-team execution of Platform migration and modernization work. Key responsibilities ● Own and maintain an integrated Identity migration roadmap across workstreams, milestones, teams, dependencies, and capacity constraints. ● Translate strategic outcomes into deliverable plans, decision points, migration waves, acceptance criteria, and measurable exit conditions. ● Coordinate work across Identity engineering teams, consumer product teams, security, architecture, data, operations, vendors, and leadership. ● Drive clear ownership for every migration, integration, consumer adoption, decommissioning activity, and cross-team dependency. ● Maintain a single source of truth for plans, RAID items, decisions, dependencies, actions, milestones, and change communications. ● Coordinate migration and modernization work such as service decomposition, cloud adoption, database/schema separation, legacy service retirement, and identity-provider or SSO transitions. ● Coordinate event-platform redesign and consumer onboarding, including schema readiness, integration testing, observability, reconciliation, and production-readiness gates. ● Plan migration sequencing, parallel-run periods, compatibility reviews, cutovers, rollback options, and post-migration validation with technical owners. ● Ensure consumer teams have migration guidance, named owners, agreed adoption plans, test plans, and target dates. ● Facilitate governance forums and technical programme reviews; capture decisions, owners, due dates, and escalation actions. ● Identify and escalate schedule, capacity, security, compliance, operational, vendor, and consumer-adoption risks early. ● Coordinate readiness for production changes, including security reviews, SLO/SLI alignment, incident readiness, support ownership, and runbook coverage. ● Prepare concise and evidence-based status reporting for senior engineering and product leadership, including progress, forecast, risks, dependencies, decisions required, and outcomes. ● Support change management and communications for teams integrating with new identity services, APIs, events, authentication flows, and standards. ● Track programme benefits and outcomes such as legacy components retired, migration adoption, reduced operational toil, improved reliability, security-risk reduction, and delivery of customer-facing capabilities. ● Coordinate vendor evaluation, procurement or onboarding dependencies, integration plans, and partner delivery where relevant. ● Ensure that operational ownership, knowledge transfer, documentation, and support models are agreed before a migration workstream is closed. Required/Mandatory experience and skills ● 10-15 years of experience in technical project management, technical programme management, delivery management, or a closely related role. ● Demonstrated experience delivering complex platform migrations, service modernization, system integration, or multi-team technology programmes. ● Strong cross-team dependency management across engineering, product, security, architecture, operations, data, and external partners. ● Experience managing an integrated plan across multiple workstreams, teams, release dates, shared dependencies, and changing priorities. ● Strong governance and reporting skills, including decision logs, RAID registers, milestone tracking, delivery forecasting, and executive-level status reporting. ● Experience driving decisions and escalation when ownership, scope, sequencing, capacity, or technical dependencies are unclear. ● Practical understanding of software delivery and architecture concepts, including APIs, service boundaries, event-driven systems, data migration, backward compatibility, cloud environments, and production readiness. ● Experience coordinating phased migrations, parallel runs, consumer onboarding, cutovers, rollback planning, and post-release validation. ● Ability to understand identity and access management concepts and coordinate work involving authentication, authorization, sessions, identity data, tokens, SSO, and identity-provider integrations. ● Strong risk-management skills, especially for security-sensitive, customer-critical, high-availability platforms. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to make complex delivery issues clear and actionable for technical and non-technical audiences. ● High ownership, organization, and follow-through, with the ability to bring structure to ambiguous programmes. Mandatory Skills Experience with several of the following areas is strongly preferred: ● Modernizing identity platforms and decomposing monolithic services into independently deployable services. ● Cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, shared-database separation, and legacy-system decommissioning. ● Identity-provider, SSO, session, account, profile, access-management, or authentication-flow migrations. ● OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, token management, scopes, authorization requests, passkeys, MFA, or related identity standards. ● Identity event platforms, schema evolution, event delivery, Kafka or equivalent messaging, consumer onboarding, and reconciliation. ● Mobile or client-library modernization, API adoption, and migration across multiple consumer teams. ● Vendor identity technology evaluation, integration, and transition planning. ● Security, privacy, fraud-prevention, compliance, and customer-trust programmes. Mandatory Tools Experience with equivalent tools is welcome. The working environment may include: ● Knowledge and experience in migration of one of the following Auth0, KeyCloak, Ping. Auth0 preferred over others. ● AWS, Kubernetes. ● Confluence. ● Obvervability tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Grafana. ● Engineering delivery systems such as GitLab. . ● Operational and programme evidence such as service dashboards, SLO/SLI reports, incident records, adoption metrics, migration trackers, and security findings.

Lead cross-team delivery of identity platform migration and modernization programs, coordinating plans, dependencies, consumer adoption, cutovers, and production readiness. Maintain governance and executive reporting, manage risks and decisions, and ensure operational ownership and measurable outcomes for completed workstreams.

Requirements
