A Snapshot of Your Day Join us at Siemens Energy as a Site Manager for the Hollandse Kust Nord offshore wind farm, where you will lead local service operations in the Netherlands. Imagine overseeing the safe and efficient execution of offshore wind turbine maintenance while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. You will coordinate daily operations, manage site resources, and foster a high-performance culture among your team of technicians. Your leadership will be pivotal in executing maintenance campaigns on schedule and within budget, all while adhering to our zero-harm safety commitment. How You’ll Make An Impact You will direct and coordinate daily offshore service operations to maximize turbine availability and performance. Manage site resources, including personnel allocation, vessel logistics, and tooling, ensuring efficient execution of maintenance tasks. Lead a team of offshore wind technicians, promoting continuous development and operational discipline. Enforce strict adherence to Siemens Energy’s Zero Harm safety culture, ensuring compliance with local regulations. Manage relationships with the wind farm owner, subcontractors, and port authorities, serving as the primary operational contact on-site. What You Bring You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Marine), Business Management or an equivalent technical vocational qualification. You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in offshore wind operations, traditional energy service or operations, or heavy industrial field service, with at least 2 years in a leadership or site management role. Ideally you possess certifications such as GWO Basic Safety Training (BST), VCA-VOL, and an Offshore Medical Certificate (NOGEPA / ENG1). You demonstrate strong technical and operational expertise in offshore wind farm operations and vessel logistics. Ideally you have a deep understanding of Dutch maritime and electrical safety regulations, along with excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills. Core Responsibilities

Enforce Siemens Energy’s Zero Harm safety culture and serve as the primary on-site operational contact for the wind farm owner, subcontractors, and port authorities.
Requirements
Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or business management, or an equivalent technical vocational qualification, and at least five years of relevant offshore wind, energy service, or heavy industrial field-service experience, including two years in a leadership or site management role. Candidates should bring offshore operations and vessel logistics expertise; GWO Basic Safety Training, VCA-VOL, and an offshore medical certificate are desirable, as are knowledge of Dutch safety regulations and availability for a seven-days-on, seven-days-off rotation.
