This is a senior, growth-critical role responsible for driving multi-sector expansion within a key semiconductor industry client in the Netherlands. The BRM will build executive-level relationships, shape large engineering-led opportunities, and strengthen TCS positioning as a strategic engineering and innovation partner. The BRM would manage the engineering relationship, drive sales, manage ongoing delivery and growth of the account for services spanning product engineering, software development, hardware design, manufacturing solutions, supply chain, and IT services. The ideal candidate will have around 10-15 years of industry experience shaping proposals, building strong client relationships, and driving sales while collaborating with cross-functional teams to create business opportunities and enhance value for customers. Key Responsibilities -Executive Relationship Leadership. -Build and deepen trusted relationships at VP, Business Unit Head, Senior Engineering, and IT Leadership levels. -Establish a structured executive engagement model across business and IT sectors. -Position TCS as a long-term strategic partner in engineering and digital transformation. -Strategic Demand Creation. -Shape large, complex, cross-functional engineering opportunities before the formal RFP stage. Influence solution direction across: -Product & Systems Engineering, PLM and PDIT. -Embedded Software & Firmware. -Digital Manufacturing / Industry 4.0 / Manufacturing IT / MES. -Simulation, Data Platforms & AI. -Own a high-value, qualified pipeline aligned to BG / IA&E growth targets. -Identify whitespace opportunities within existing engagements. Account Growth Ownership -Drive multi-sector account growth aligned to BG / IA&E strategy. -Play an active role in competitive positioning and win strategy. -Develop integrated account strategies while maintaining client-specific focus. -Ensure delivery excellence and proactive risk management. -Lead strategic planning, roadmap alignment, and executive reviews. -Build and maintain account maps, identify high-potential opportunities, and strategize go-to-market plans with technical and sales leadership. -Monitor account performance, lead business reviews, and support relationship management to expand service footprint. Internal Orchestration & Leadership -Mobilize consulting, engineering, and delivery leadership for strategic pursuits. -Provide ecosystem intelligence to sharpen differentiation. -Mentor and guide junior growth within the relationship. Qualifications -10-15 years of experience, including at least 5+ years of business development experience in shaping and selling large-scale technology solutions. -Experience and deep domain knowledge within the High-Tech and Semiconductor ecosystem. -Experience positioning offerings, developing and presenting proposals, value propositions, business cases, and complex deal structures. -Knowledge of Electronics / Embedded Product Development cycles, including Hardware, Firmware, Mechanical, Test & Validation, Manufacturing IT (MES), and Engineering IT (PLM, PDIT). -Strong technical skills with the ability to engage customers through consultative selling. -Ability to understand market and customer needs and work with solution teams to develop innovative solutions for the industry. -Leadership Responsibility: Managing a team of 4-5 professionals Privacy Note: https://ibegin.tcs.com/iBegin/privacy-notice Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is an equal opportunity employer.
