Company Description BINGI is a premium portable refrigeration brand, selling high-quality portable compressor fridges to customers across Europe. Our Assen warehouse handles goods-in, returns and outbound shipments to major online marketplaces such as Amazon. You'll be employed by Rosefinch Holland BV, which operates the warehouse. Role Description The Warehouse Keeper is a full-time, on-site role based in Assen, Netherlands. You're the person on site who runs the day-to-day operation. You work independently, keep the warehouse organised and safe, and lead temporary staff on busy shipment days. Job activities Goods-in & stock Be the on-site contact for deliveries, returns and pickups Receive, check and record incoming stock Move and store stock safely using a pallet truck and electric stacker Keep accurate stock records Returns Record every returned unit Test and inspect returned products Carry out basic repairs using our repair guide ( no technical expertise required ) Outbound Prepare bulk orders for marketplace customers such as Amazon: palletising, wrapping and labelling On container and bulk-shipment days, lead a small team of temporary workers as the person in charge on site Assisting with unloading, loading of pallets onto transport trucks What you bring Experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution role is a plus. Experience with (or willingness to learn) operating a basic pallet truck and electric stacker; training is provided. Accuracy and attention to detail when checking, recording and packing stock Reliable and organised, and able to work independently without supervision Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and handling products Basic computer skills (scanning, updating spreadsheets) Comfortable leading a small team on busy days Good command of English; Dutch is a plus You must already have the right to work in the Netherlands. Core Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving deliveries and returns, checking and recording stock, storing goods safely, and preparing bulk marketplace orders for shipment. Lead temporary workers on busy shipment days and assist with loading and unloading pallets.

Requirements

Warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience is a plus, and candidates should be willing to learn to use a pallet truck and electric stacker. The role requires accuracy, reliability, organisation, independent working, physical capability, basic computer skills, comfort leading a small team, good English, and existing authorization to work in the Netherlands.
