We are looking for highly proficient English-speaking Audio Speech Evaluators based in the Netherlands to support an AI speech evaluation project. This is a freelance/contract opportunity for candidates with native or demonstrably native-level spoken English, excellent conversational ability, and strong listening and evaluation skills. Location: Netherlands Engagement: Freelance Duration: 1 month - 2 months Rate: USD 22/hour Key Responsibilities You will engage in natural, unscripted conversations with an AI system and evaluate the quality of the interaction, including: English accent and pronunciation Tone, intonation, and expressiveness Fluency and conversational flow Naturalness and clarity Pacing and delivery Overall conversational quality Quality and effectiveness of AI responses You will provide detailed, objective, and constructive feedback after each task. Requirements Native English speaker or demonstrably native-level spoken English Currently based in the Netherlands Strong, natural English accent and pronunciation Excellent spoken and written English Strong conversational and communication skills Excellent listening and attention-to-detail abilities Comfortable participating in spontaneous, unscripted conversations Able to provide clear and objective written feedback Please be aware of recruitment scams involving individuals or organizations falsely claiming to represent employers. Core Responsibilities

Engage in natural, unscripted conversations with an AI system and evaluate speech qualities such as pronunciation, fluency, tone, pacing, clarity, and conversational flow. Assess the quality and effectiveness of AI responses and provide detailed, objective, constructive written feedback after each task.

Requirements

Candidates must be based in the Netherlands and speak native or demonstrably native-level English with strong pronunciation and conversational ability. They must have excellent listening and attention-to-detail skills, communicate effectively in writing, and be comfortable with spontaneous conversations and providing clear, objective feedback.
