Location: Fully Remote Type Contract: Contract based aligned with customer needs About the Role: Compleye provides platform and compliance services for tech-driven SMBs. For our French customers we are looking for a French speaking Privacy and Compliance Officer. You will implement and maintain ISO27001 frameworks and work closely with the internal teams of customers as well as the quality team of Compleye. Communication language of Compleye is English (including Platform, templates and customer documentation), if needed we can assign English speaking customers. We have our own lean approach for implementation and maintenance of frameworks – focused on the business and product of the customer and building compliance around it. You will be playing a leading role in this process; keeping compliance lean and documentation low. We will train you for this approach and how to work with our platform, while you keep your own personal style of working. Required Knowledge/Skills/Experience: You will be working 100% online from your own/home office. Can work as an individual contractor (no employment). French and English (writing and speaking). High integrity and strong professional ethics. Experience with implementation of ISO27001. Knowledge about privacy laws (GDPR). Experience with (tech-driven) SMBs. Sincere interest in technology (including AI). Agile and creative mind, willingness to learn. Analytical skills. Eye for detail and investigative mindset. Excellent communication skills. Core Responsibilities

Implement and maintain ISO 27001 frameworks for French-speaking customers, working with customer teams and Compleye’s quality team. Lead a lean, business- and product-focused compliance process, keeping documentation minimal and using Compleye’s platform.

Requirements

Applicants must be individual contractors who can work fully online and communicate fluently in written and spoken French and English. They should have ISO 27001 implementation experience, knowledge of GDPR, experience with technology-driven SMBs, strong ethics and analytical and communication skills, and an interest in technology, including AI.
