What You´ll Do Receive, organize, and store products efficiently, ensuring every item is in its designated location Record all orders, deliveries, and stock movements in the ERP system, keeping inventory up to date Work closely with purchasing, engineering, and production teams to optimize warehouse operations and stock control Identify and report potential delivery issues, such as pending tariff payments or missing documentation to the Purchasing department Implement and uphold workplace health and safety practices, keeping the warehouse organized and compliant. Requirements What You'll Need Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented and methodical approach Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams Experience using ERP systems for warehouse management Fluent in English —you'll be working with international teams Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) warehouse modules Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain role Who You Are You thrive in an environment where structure meets speed and every detail matters. Core Responsibilities

Receive, organize, and store products, and record orders, deliveries, and stock movements in the ERP system to maintain accurate inventory. Coordinate with purchasing, engineering, and production teams, report delivery or documentation issues, and maintain a safe, organized, compliant warehouse.

Requirements

Candidates should have previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain role, along with experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Dynamics warehouse modules. Strong organization, attention to detail, communication skills, and fluency in English are required.
