About Inframotion 3D: Inframotion 3D is a fast-growing company with a young and dynamic team specializing in industrial additive manufacturing (3D printing). We supply international B2B customers with ​refurbished EOS SLS & DMLS printing systems, preventative maintenance services, and high-quality industrial polymer & metal powders. As our global footprint expands, we are looking for driven talent to strengthen our commercial team. The Role: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Inside Sales & Commercial Administrator to serve as the operational backbone of our international business. Think of preparing quotations, keeping our CRM up to date, supporting customers and resellers, supporting international shipments and documentation, and assisting marketing and events. You will own the administrative processes that keep our commercial operations running efficiently. Key Responsibilities Sales Administration: Prepare, generate, and process accurate commercial quotations and proforma invoices for international clients. CRM Data Management: Maintain and update our customer database (Zoho CRM) to ensure the sales pipeline is accurate and follow-ups are scheduled. Logistics & Export: Support international shipments, handling the necessary export documentation and customs paperwork. Partner Support: Act as a reliable point of contact for our global network of customers, suppliers, and resellers regarding order statuses and documentation. Marketing Support: Assist with the preparation for marketing campaigns and major industry trade shows (such as Formnext). Who We Are Looking For You are highly organized with strong attention to detail, commercially minded, and comfortable taking proactive responsibility for your workflow. Experience in inside sales, sales administration, order management, or logistics is a strong advantage. (However, we are also open to highly motivated commercial talent looking to grow into this role). Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (German and Dutch are a strong plus). Comfortable learning new CRM programs (prior experience with Zoho CRM is beneficial). Please Note: Previous technical experience in 3D printing or engineering is not required for this role. Requirements

The role calls for strong organization, attention to detail, commercial awareness, proactive ownership, and effective written and verbal English communication. Experience in inside sales, sales administration, order management, or logistics is advantageous; German or Dutch and Zoho CRM experience are also beneficial, while technical 3D-printing experience is not required.
