About the Job In this internship, you will be part of the Commercial Excellence Team within Nutricia Worldwide. Our purpose is to support sustainable growth across international markets by helping our business partners identify, evaluate and execute tender opportunities for our Early Life Nutrition brands. During this internship, you will collaborate closely with Sales Managers and cross-functional teams while gaining a unique end-to-end understanding of how tender opportunities are evaluated, approved and followed up across multiple countries and regions. Your main responsibilities include Supporting Sales Managers and the Commercial Excellence team in preparing business cases for new tender opportunities. Collecting, validating and consolidating commercial, financial and operational information required for business case evaluations. Performing data checks and supporting pricing, margin and scenario analyses. Coordinating tender documentation requests with the relevant internal stakeholders. Following up with stakeholders to ensure documentation is complete and submitted on time. Supporting the preparation of the monthly IBP Tender Update, including year-end outlooks, sales evolution and key tender developments. Collaborating with Sales Managers to maintain an overview of ongoing and upcoming tender opportunities. Supporting follow-up activities after business case approvals, including maintaining tender information and coordinating next steps across teams. About you As a Commercial Excellence Intern, analytical thinking comes naturally to you. You enjoy working with data, identifying trends and supporting business decisions with meaningful insights. You are highly organized, proactive and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders to keep projects moving forward. On top of that, you're a curious and collaborative team player who enjoys learning, problem-solving and contributing to business performance in an international environment. There are also some compulsory requirements You are enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student in Economics, Business Management, Marketing or a related field. You are a resident of the Netherlands and hold a valid BSN number (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need a valid Dutch residence permit). In the case of non-EU citizens, it is mandatory to provide a signed three-party internship agreement from your university. You are available to start in December 2026 for a minimum of 6 months. You are available at least 4 days per week. You can work from our Rijswijk office at least 2 days per week. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Spanish is considered a plus. Core Responsibilities

Support Sales Managers and the Commercial Excellence team in evaluating tender opportunities through business case preparation, data validation, pricing and margin analysis, and coordination of tender documentation. Maintain tender information, track opportunities and follow up on approvals, while contributing to monthly tender updates and cross-functional coordination.

Requirements

Applicants must be enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in Economics, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field, reside in the Netherlands with a valid BSN, and be fluent in English; Spanish is a plus. Candidates must be available for at least six months starting in December 2026, work at least four days per week, and attend the Rijswijk office at least two days per week; non-EU citizens also need a valid Dutch residence permit and a signed three-party university internship agreement.
