In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the reliability and continuous improvement of machinery, installations, and production lines. Working closely with the Head of Technical Services, you will contribute to the ongoing development and professionalization of the maintenance department. Wat wij vragen Completed technical education (MBO level 4) in electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or a similar field At least 5 years of experience as a maintenance or troubleshooting technician, preferably in the food industry Strong electrical knowledge and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical faults effectively Proven experience in training and supporting colleagues Hands-on mindset with a proactive attitude toward challenges and improvement projects Good command of Dutch (spoken and written); additional languages such as English are an advantage These points are essential to start working as a Maintenance Technician at Wulro. Core Responsibilities

Requirements

Requires completed technical education at MBO level 4 or equivalent in electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or a related field, plus at least five years of maintenance or troubleshooting experience. Candidates should have strong electrical troubleshooting skills, experience training colleagues, a proactive hands-on approach, and good spoken and written Dutch; English or other languages are an advantage.
