Share your talents As Senior Commercial Development Marketeer, you will help shape how we bring our products, collections and commercial propositions to life across stores, e-commerce, outlets, wholesale and travel retail. As part of the Commercial Development team, you play a key role in translating customer behaviour, commercial performance and market trends into initiatives that strengthen growth, engagement and long-term commercial success. Beyond optimising current activations and campaigns, you will help develop new commercial capabilities, propositions and operating models that prepare us for future opportunities. You build business cases, lead complex cross-functional programmes and transform ideas into scalable solutions that create value across markets. Working closely with teams across Marketing, Retail, Digital, Training, Supply Chain, Innovation and Finance, you balance strategic thinking with execution while helping shape the future of our commercial landscape. A Typical Week Could Include Analysing promotion performance and recommending improvements for future activations. Building commercial plans for key seasonal campaigns and product launches. Identifying growth opportunities through customer, traffic, conversion and sales analysis. Leading discussions with local markets on commercial priorities and activation plans. Preparing recommendations for senior stakeholders on investments, offers and activation strategies. What You'll Do Own defined parts of the global commercial calendar and activation roadmap while driving strategic commercial projects and business cases. Develop new commercial propositions, mechanics and capabilities by translating business needs into structured initiatives that support future growth. Lead complex cross-functional programmes from concept through implementation, including operating model improvements, dashboarding solutions and commercial process redesign. Identify opportunities to improve ways of working through AI, automation, commercial tooling and process optimisation. Act as a trusted partner to the Team Lead Commercial Development on complex development topics, helping to shape priorities, recommendations and scalable solutions across markets. To Be Successful In This Role, You Bring 7+ years of relevant experience in commercial strategy, commercial marketing, category development or activation planning within consumer goods, retail, FMCG or a comparable international environment. Have proven experience translating consumer, customer and performance insights into commercial recommendations and measurable actions. Demonstrate strong analytical, strategic planning and project management capabilities across multiple stakeholders and markets. Communicate confidently and effectively in English, both written and verbal. Hold a Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business Development or a comparable discipline. Grow with us!
