We care for our company the way you care for your own home: with energy, passion, and pride. Here, you’ll find space to grow, opportunities to lead, and the support to thrive. Together, we’re building something extraordinary. About Marketing Marketing is at the heart of Vestacy. We design and deliver distinctive brand experiences that fuel category growth and create a positive impact on society. With access to our Marketing Academy, you’ll have endless opportunities to grow, upskill, and make your mark. About the role Ready to shape how VESTACY shows up across our distributor markets? As Regional Marketing Manager, you'll turn brand and category priorities into market activation plans that drive real, sustainable growth - and make sure our distributor partners have the tools, skills, and support to deliver. Collaborate closely with Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory, and Global Marketing teams to ensure successful project delivery and product launches. The experience we're looking for Bachelor's degree Fluent English 6-8 years in Trade, Shopper, Channel, or Commercial Marketing, or Marketing Operations. Hands-on experience in distributor-led or indirect-market models (strongly preferred). A solid grounding in FMCG, Consumer Health, Consumer Goods, or similar fast-moving industries. A track record of running multi-market activation programmes - international and emerging-market experience is a real plus. Strong marketing and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate strategy into effective execution Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills Strong understanding of syndicated and distributor data (e.g., Nielsen, panel data, internal data sources) Outstanding communication and presentation skills Ability to manage complexity across multiple markets and stakeholders Agile, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in ambiguous environments What we offer We believe great work deserves great rewards.
