English Below Operator bij Yellow Chips – Inpak, Flavour of Bak Emmeloord | Fulltime | 2 of 5 ploegen | Schaal G Bij Yellow Chips maken we aardappel- en groentechips voor onder meer GoPure, KETTLE® en private labels. Voor onze productie zoeken we inpakoperators, flavouroperators en bakoperators. Je werkt in een informele omgeving waar we samenwerken aan een goed product en waar jouw ideeën welkom zijn. Wat ga je doen? Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en voorkeur ga je aan de slag in een van deze functies: Inpakoperator – 5 ploegen: je stelt de inpakmachines in en bewaakt het verpakkingsproces. Je controleert gewichten, productkwaliteit en kritische beheerspunten (CCP’s). Daarnaast registreer je controles en verwerk je rework volgens de afspraken. Flavouroperator – 2 ploegen: je bedient de kruideninstallatie en zorgt voor de juiste dosering en gelijkmatige verdeling van de kruiden. Je controleert de smaak en kwaliteit en voert smaakwissels en reiniging uit, met aandacht voor allergenen. Bakoperator – 5 ploegen: je stelt de baklijn in en bewaakt het bakproces. Je controleert onder meer temperatuur, baktijd, kleur en structuur. Je signaleert storingen en schakelt hulp in waar nodig. In iedere functie werk je samen met collega’s, registreer je controles en afwijkingen en houd je de werkplek veilig en schoon. Wie ben jij? Je hebt een afgeronde mbo-opleiding en relevante werkervaring. Je hebt gevoel voor machines, werkt nauwkeurig en houdt oog voor kwaliteit. Je neemt initiatief, leert graag bij en werkt goed samen. Jouw werktijden 2 ploegen: ochtenddienst van 07.00 tot 15.00 uur en middagdienst van 15.00 tot 23.00 uur. 5 ploegen: ochtenddienst van 06.00 tot 14.00 uur, middagdienst van 14.00 tot 22.00 uur en nachtdienst van 22.00 tot 06.00 uur. Na je dienstreeks heb je vier dagen vrij. Wat bieden wij? Een basissalaris in schaal G van € 2.550 tot € 3.400 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring. 6,7% ploegentoeslag bij 2 ploegen: in totaal € 2.720,85 tot € 3.627,80 bruto per maand. 28% ploegentoeslag bij 5 ploegen: in totaal € 3.264 tot € 4.352 bruto per maand. Een fulltime functie met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband. Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,23 per kilometer bij 10 tot 40 kilometer enkele reis. 20 vakantiedagen bij fulltime, met de mogelijkheid om 5 dagen bij te kopen. Een pensioenregeling met een 50/50-bijdrage en een premievrije WGA-gatverzekering Plus. We are looking for Packing, Flavour and Frying Operators to join our production team. You will work in an informal environment where we work together to deliver a quality product and welcome your ideas. What will you do? Depending on your experience and preference, you will work in one of the following roles: Packing Operator – five-team shift pattern: set up packing machines and monitor the packing process. Check weights, product quality and critical control points (CCPs). Record checks and handle rework according to agreed procedures. Flavour Operator – two-shift pattern: operate the seasoning equipment and ensure the correct dosage and even distribution of seasoning. Check flavour and quality, and carry out flavour changeovers and cleaning with attention to allergens. Frying Operator – five-team shift pattern: set up the frying line and monitor the frying process. Check temperature, frying time, colour and texture. Identify faults and call for support when needed. In every role, you work with colleagues, record checks and deviations, and keep your workplace safe and clean. About you You have completed an MBO vocational qualification and have relevant work experience. You have a practical understanding of machinery, work accurately and pay attention to quality. You take initiative, enjoy learning and work well with colleagues. Your working hours Two-shift pattern: morning shifts from 07:00 to 15:00 and afternoon shifts from 15:00 to 23:00. Five-team shift pattern: morning shifts from 06:00 to 14:00, afternoon shifts from 14:00 to 22:00 and night shifts from 22:00 to 06:00. After your block of shifts, you have four days off. What we offer A basic salary in pay scale G of €2,550–€3,400 gross per month, depending on experience. 6.7% shift allowance for the two-shift pattern: a total of €2,720.85–€3,627.80 gross per month. 28% shift allowance for the five-team shift pattern: a total of €3,264–€4,352 gross per month. A full-time role with the prospect of a permanent contract. A travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre for a one-way commute of 10–40 kilometres. 20 days of annual leave for full-time employees, with the option to buy 5 additional days. A pension scheme with a 50/50 contribution arrangement and employer-paid WGA-gap Plus insurance. Core Responsibilities

Operate and monitor packaging, seasoning, or frying equipment, checking product quality and process parameters such as weight, seasoning distribution, temperature, and texture. Record checks and deviations, handle rework or changeovers as required, identify faults, and maintain a safe and clean workplace.

Requirements

Applicants must have completed an MBO vocational qualification and have relevant work experience. They should be comfortable working with machinery, accurate and quality-focused, proactive about learning, and able to work well with colleagues.
