Job Description
Business Analyst – Transformation & Delivery, supporting the Global Tech Lead and Product Owner in delivering marketing and sales technology transformation initiatives for North America and other division initiatives. This role bridges business stakeholders (including marketing, digital, and customer/sales operations leads) with technology delivery teams, translating business requirements into coordinated execution across platforms such as Marketo, Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, and customer-facing engagement tools. Key responsibilities: 1.Gather and clarify business requirements from marketing, digital, and sales operations stakeholders 2.Translate requirements into coordinated work across MarTech, data, and engineering teams 3.Manage dependencies across workstreams (e.g., Marketo campaign automation, CDP, e-commerce/webshop, loyalty and distributor sales platforms) 4.Drive prioritization discussions balancing campaign timelines with platform/data readiness 5.Track delivery milestones across marketing automation, AI-led campaign initiatives, and sales enablement tools 6.Coordinate end-to-end delivery of NAM-specific and other regional initiatives 7.Coordinate UAT and business sign-off, particularly for customer-facing marketing and sales tools 8.Manage risks and issues, including those arising from organizational change and an evolving data landscape 9.Ensure adoption and change readiness among regional marketing and sales teams 10.Report status to leadership, including the Global Tech Lead and Product Owner 11.Act as the primary bridge between business teams and technology delivery partners 12.Maintain a working understanding of the marketing/sales technology architecture (campaign management, CRM, data/MDM) without needing to be a developer Ideal profile: •Strong experience in business analysis, project/programme delivery, or transformation within marketing technology (MarTech) or sales operations environments •Prior exposure to platforms such as Marketo, Adobe Experience Cloud/AEM, Salesforce, or similar CRM/campaign management tools is highly preferred •CPG/FMCG or e-commerce domain experience strongly preferred •Comfortable working across business (marketing/sales) and technology teams in a matrixed, multi-stakeholder environment •Strong stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills, with ability to manage senior business sponsors •Good understanding of marketing automation and sales enablement delivery processes (campaign lifecycle, UAT, adoption) •Experience managing cross-functional dependencies in a complex, multi-market transformation environment — ideally with North America (NAM) regional exposure

Requirements
The role calls for strong experience in business analysis, project or program delivery, or transformation in MarTech or sales operations, with exposure to platforms such as Marketo, Adobe Experience Cloud, or Salesforce preferred. Candidates should be effective in complex, matrixed environments and bring strong stakeholder management, communication, prioritization, and marketing automation or sales enablement delivery experience; CPG/FMCG, e-commerce, and North American regional experience are preferred.
