CEO / Executive Chairman — AgTech & Robotics Company A venture-backed agriculture technology company, applying robotics and AI to solve a major challenge in the industry, is seeking a commercially driven CEO or Executive Chairman to lead its next stage of growth. This is a high-ownership opportunity for a proven leader to take charge of fundraising, investor relations, and international business development — working alongside an established technical leadership team who will remain focused on product and R&D. What you'll own: Company-wide commercial and strategic direction Fundraising and direct investor relationships International growth, partnerships, and market expansion Potential strategic transactions, including M&A, as the business scales What we're looking for: Senior commercial, GM, entrepreneurial, or founder-level leadership experience A genuine, hands-on track record of personally leading capital raises Strong international business development experience Comfort operating in a lean, resource-conscious, startup-stage environment Background in AgTech, robotics, AI, or another relevant venture-backed technology sector is a plus, not a requirement

Core Responsibilities

Lead the company’s commercial and strategic direction, including fundraising and direct investor relationships. Drive international growth, partnerships, market expansion, and potential strategic transactions as the business scales.

Requirements

Requires senior commercial, general management, entrepreneurial, or founder-level leadership experience, along with a hands-on record of personally leading capital raises. Strong international business development experience and the ability to operate in a lean startup environment are required; experience in AgTech, robotics, AI, or a related venture-backed technology sector is a plus.
