Country Manager - Netherlands About International Player International Player is a Czech manufacturer and operator of premium children's amusement attractions with more than 25 years of experience. Our installations can be found in shopping centres and public venues across several European countries. We are now looking for an ambitious partner who will help us build and expand our presence in the Netherlands. What will you do? • Identify new business opportunities in shopping centres across the Netherlands. • Contact shopping centre management and present our concept. • Negotiate commercial agreements and secure new locations. • Build long-term relationships with clients. • Coordinate installations together with our Czech headquarters. • Ensure smooth operation of installed attractions through regular visits, basic maintenance and communication with clients. • Represent International Player on the Dutch market. What are we looking for? • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Independent and proactive personality. • Business mindset with the ability to identify opportunities. • Dutch language at native level. • English language for communication with our headquarters. • Driving licence (Category B). • Willingness to travel throughout the Netherlands. • Experience in sales, retail, shopping centres or facility management is an advantage, but not required. Core Responsibilities

Identify and secure new locations in Dutch shopping centres by presenting the company’s concept, negotiating commercial agreements, and building long-term client relationships. Coordinate installations with the Czech headquarters, support the operation of attractions through visits and basic maintenance, and represent the company in the Netherlands.

Requirements

Candidates need native-level Dutch, English for communication with headquarters, a Category B driving licence, and willingness to travel throughout the Netherlands. Strong communication and negotiation skills, independence, proactivity, and a business mindset are required; relevant industry experience is an advantage but not required.
