Job Description
The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face. Core Responsibilities
Build and maintain customer relationships, understand customer needs, and support their success using the company’s product. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, visit customers to identify growth opportunities, and manage reporting on account health.
Requirements
Previous account management experience and strong communication skills are required. Candidates should be comfortable in a client-facing role and willing and able to travel.

Onze inpaktafels worden ingezet t.b.v. inpak, uitpak, assemblage, kitting en veel andere soorten afdelingen. Om tot de "Optimale Werkplek" te komen praat u met één van onze accountmanagers over de werkzaamheden die verricht moeten worden. Samen met onze specialist worden til, draai en loop bewegingen tot een minimum beperkt. Dit verhoogt niet alleen uw rendement per medewerker maar u draagt bij aan een ergonomische werkomgeving die ongetwijfeld wordt gewaardeerd door uw medewerkers. Een ergonomisch verantwoorde werkomgeving komen wij ook tegen bij het handmatig wikkelen van pallets. Met de door ons ontworpen LiteWrapper® hoeft u niet langer te bukken, achteruit te lopen of met twee handen de folie vast te houden hierdoor versnelt u het proces van inwikkelen. U werkt veilig en efficiënt. Maar een andere ergonomische oplossing is onze Rent-a-Wrapper® wanneer het bedrijfseconomisch niet mogelijk is om een wikkelmachine aan te schaffen.
