Job Description

Help shape how Momoyoga communicates, launches new features, and connects with its yoga community around the world. Momoyoga is the home for yoga teachers and studios who want to spend less time managing the nitty gritty side of their business and more time doing what they love on the mat. With more than 1.5 million yogis in 62 countries, Momoyoga is growing quickly - and so is the story we have to tell. We’re looking for a Communication Specialist to help bring that story to life across our product, brand, content and community channels. You’ll work across teams to turn ideas, product developments and company news into communication that is clear, useful and unmistakably Momoyoga. We’re a growing international team that cares deeply about our product and the people who use it. We pursue ambitious goals with a mindful approach, and we value the individual behind every team member. What is the challenge? As our Communication Specialist, you’ll be at the centre of Momoyoga’s communication. Your role will sit across content, product communication, brand, social media and community, with plenty of room to take ideas from the first thought all the way through to execution. Copy, content & brand Write, edit and adapt copy across our website, emails, social channels, product communication and other touchpoints. Keep our tone of voice clear, consistent and human across everything we publish. Turn ideas, product developments and company updates into communication people actually understand. Develop content around Momoyoga’s brand, mission, customers and the wider yoga industry. Review and improve copy from other teams, helping maintain a consistent quality and voice. Support SEO content and website copy, from developing ideas to editing and publishing. Help shape how Momoyoga talks about itself as the company and product continue to grow. Product communication Own communication around new features, product updates and releases. Work closely with Product and Customer Success to understand what is changing and why it matters to our customers. Create release emails, announcements, in-product messaging and follow-up communication. Support beta and early-access communication and help turn customer feedback into action. Community & social Create and present short-form videos that bring Momoyoga’s product and personality to life. Host community conversations, interviews and podcasts with customers. Prepare interviews and guide conversations with yoga teachers, studio owners and other members of our community. Turn customer stories and experiences into engaging content. Plan and coordinate blog content and writers, and review and improve articles. Help develop campaigns around moments that matter to the yoga community. Support Momoyoga’s presence at festivals, events and other community initiatives. Look for opportunities to make our content more relevant, useful and engaging. Cross-team collaboration This is a role for someone who enjoys being in the middle of things. You’ll work closely with Product, Customer Success, Growth and Support to understand what is happening across the company and make sure our communication keeps up. You might be working on a product release one day, filming a video the next, reviewing a blog article, helping prepare a festival campaign or turning a conversation with a yoga teacher into a story for the community. No two weeks will look exactly the same. What are we looking for? We’re looking for someone who is creative but practical, confident but collaborative, and comfortable turning ideas into action. You might be a great fit if you: Have strong writing and editing skills and a natural feel for tone of voice. Enjoy being on camera and communicating with people. Can move between strategy and hands-on execution. Have a good eye for interesting, useful and engaging content across different formats. Take initiative and are comfortable figuring things out as you go. Work well across teams and are happy giving and receiving feedback. Have experience in communication, content, marketing or a similar role. Ideally have experience in a startup, SaaS, digital product or yoga/wellness environment. Are a native or highly proficient English speaker. French is a strong plus. And most importantly, you have a personality - you’re not afraid to have an opinion, try something new and be the human voice behind the brand. Who will you work with? You’ll be part of our international team of around 25 people and work across the company. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, Growth and Customer Support, as well as the wider Momoyoga team. You’ll have a broad view of the business and the opportunity to influence how Momoyoga presents itself to the world.' Is this role full-time? Can I work remotely? The role is generally part-time, between 24 and 32 hours per week. Our office is based in Tilburg, the Netherlands. We support working from home, but we like to spend time together in person, particularly when starting new projects, working through complex ideas or celebrating what we’ve achieved. We’re therefore looking for someone who can regularly come to the office, ideally living within around one hour of Tilburg. What can I expect? 👏 A balanced salary - We believe a good job should support a good life. That means fair pay, flexibility, trust and a culture where people can do great work without sacrificing their time outside of it. Free sports membership - Choose a studio or sports membership that helps you look after your body and mind. 8% holiday allowance - An additional 8% of your gross annual salary. 25 days of holiday at full-time employment, with the flexibility to take the time you need to properly switch off. Flexible remote working - Work from home, our office or elsewhere when appropriate. We trust you to get the job done. Learning & development budget - Books, courses, workshops or other opportunities that help you grow. Latest equipment & tools - MacBook Air or Pro and the tools you need to do your best work. Yoga classes - Get to know the world we’re building for while finding your own balance. Team gatherings & events - Regular opportunities to connect, reflect, celebrate and have fun together. Pension contribution - Because looking after your future matters too. Travel compensation - We cover your commuting costs. How to apply Think this sounds like you? We’d love to get to know you. Instead of a traditional cover letter, send us a short video of around one minute introducing yourself and telling us why you’re interested in Momoyoga. Send your application directly to [email protected]. We’re looking forward to meeting you.
