Share your talents As an Operations Specialist within Wholesale & Travel Retail, you are responsible for designing and improving business processes, systems and data capabilities that enable scalable growth. You act as the bridge between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that Wholesale & Travel Retail requirements are translated into practical, future-proof solutions. In this role, you work closely with business stakeholders, Tech & Data teams, Supply Chain, Customer Fulfilment and external program teams. You play a key role in transformation initiatives, system implementations and continuous improvement projects by translating operational challenges into sustainable solutions. Additionally, You Are Responsible For Gathering, documenting and translating business requirements into clear process and system enhancements. Identifying opportunities to simplify processes, reduce manual work and improve efficiency through automation and standardization. Supporting strategic initiatives such as Salesforce, Master Data, AI, automation and other transformation programs. Mapping, analyzing and improving end-to-end business processes across Wholesale & Travel Retail. Coordinating and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and validating that solutions meet business requirements. Driving data quality improvements and ensuring data supports operational and commercial decision-making. Developing business cases and helping prioritize improvement opportunities based on business value. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new tools, systems and processes. Supporting reporting and dashboard initiatives by defining business requirements and translating operational insights into actionable recommendations. Acting as a key WHS/TR representative in cross-functional projects and transformation programs. Contributing to the long-term roadmap for process, data and technology improvements within Wholesale & Travel Retail. Bring all of you You are analytical, structured and naturally curious. You enjoy solving complex business challenges and can easily switch between strategic thinking and practical execution. You have a strong affinity with technology, data and process improvement, while always keeping the business perspective in mind. Furthermore, You Have A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Management, Data Analytics or a related field. 3+ years of experience in a process improvement, business analyst, project management, operations excellence or technology-related role. Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping and translating business needs into solutions. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with data to identify opportunities and drive improvements. Experience working in cross-functional environments involving multiple stakeholders and departments. Affinity with business systems such as Salesforce, ERP, Master Data Management, reporting tools or similar platforms. Experience supporting projects, system implementations or transformation initiatives. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Fluent in English; Dutch is considered a plus. Personality You are proactive, structured and highly solution-oriented. You enjoy bringing clarity to complex situations and turning ideas into practical improvements. You challenge existing ways of working when needed and continuously look for opportunities to simplify processes, improve data quality and reduce manual effort. You are comfortable working with both business stakeholders and technical teams and enjoy connecting the two worlds to create lasting impact. Requirements
A bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Management, Data Analytics, or a related field, with at least three years of relevant experience. Candidates should have experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, data analysis, cross-functional projects, and business systems, along with strong communication skills and fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.
