Your contribution will be Driving the consolidation and further professionalisation of administrative and financial processes, ensuring full compliance with Dutch legislation and regulations, CBF guidelines, and international policies. Preparing the annual financial statements and external audit in collaboration with the external accounting firm. Coordinating budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities, providing insights and recommendations to support organizational objectives. Planning and monitor cash flow. Reviewing payments and oversee accounts payable administration, including coordination with the external accounting firm. Conducting financial analyses and evaluations to identify and support opportunities for cost optimisation and process improvement. Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and management information for VIER VOETERS and FELIDA, ensuring timely, accurate and insightful financial reporting. Your profile ideally illustrates You hold a higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking. You have several years of demonstrable experience in a similar role, preferably with knowledge of RJ 650 guidelines for charities and non-profit organisations. You have extensive experience with financial processes. You possess solid knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and relevant legislation and regulations. You have an excellent command of both Dutch and English, written and spoken. You are highly analytical, accurate, trustworthy, and results oriented. For this position, the salary starts at a minimum of € 51.603,55 gross per year based on full-time employment, in accordance with our internal salary framework. Requirements

Candidates should have higher professional education (HBO) level and several years of experience in a similar finance role, preferably with knowledge of RJ 650 guidelines for charities and nonprofits. They should bring strong financial process, reporting, taxation, and regulatory knowledge, excellent written and spoken Dutch and English, and an analytical, accurate, trustworthy, results-oriented approach with a passion for animal welfare.
