About The Role In our Business Transformation practice, we support companies in times of large transformations. We determine the direction of the company at critical moments, such as mergers and integrations, due diligence and large-scale transformations with an experienced team of professionals. We help C-level executives identify new business opportunities, redefine existing and new business models, revise go-to-market value propositions, designing an operational turn-around plan, and develop and implement new organizational models. What You’ll Do Helping structure a project workstream to ensure critical project deadlines are met Working as a close-knit team to ensure the best outcome for our clients is achieved Analysing client and market data to uncover unique insights, and turn these insights into recommendations Travelling to the client’s location to participate in workshops and interviews Translating recommendations into digestible storylines that can be presented to C-suite Supporting the growth of our office through business development activities, such as writing proposals How You’ll Grow We are committed to investing and supporting you in your professional development and we have developed a range of programs focused on fostering leadership, growth and development opportunities. What You Will Need to Succeed Ability to effectively navigate organisational dynamics Ability to analyse complex information to aid decision-making Ability to take initiative, initiate and complete tasks efficiently Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both written and verbally Ability to work effectively with stakeholders with different levels of seniority, including C-suite Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team International travel will be required as part of this position Basic Qualifications Relevant work experience at a tier 1 consulting company. Bachelor's or Master’s degree, or equivalent Fluency in Dutch & English Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in strategy consulting Experience working on complex, high-impact projects within a fast-paced and international environment. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business and financial drivers. Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and take ownership from inception through to completion. Core Responsibilities

Structure project workstreams, analyze client and market data, and develop recommendations for complex business transformations. Present recommendations to senior executives, participate in client workshops and interviews, and contribute to business development through proposal writing.

Requirements

Requires relevant experience at a tier-one consulting company, a bachelor's or master's degree (or equivalent), and fluency in Dutch and English. Candidates should be able to analyze complex information, communicate with stakeholders at all levels, collaborate effectively, and take initiative; strategy consulting experience and strong commercial acumen are preferred.
