As Project Manager Transaction Monitoring, you know the secrets of successful change programmes within a complex organisation. You create structure and overview, support key stakeholders and coordinate delivery across Business and Technology. You oversee the full project lifecycle and ensure clear reporting on results, progress, quality and compliance within the Transaction Monitoring domain. Coordinate change initiatives throughout the full project lifecycle and connect stakeholders across Business and Technology. Provide independent insights, solve complex challenges and deliver transparent management reports on progress, results and risks. Collaborate with the Project Management Office and project managers to provide reliable status reports to the Financial Economic Crime Management Team Together we achieve more than alone We believe in the power of differences. The colleagues in FEC Transaction Monitoring Program & Project Management provide the structure, support, documentation and control required for change initiatives within Transaction Monitoring. Collaboration is our way of working, as 1 results-driven team within Rabobank. You work closely with Business and Technology teams, project managers, the Project Management Office and the Financial Economic Crime Management Team. The ideal candidate: Holds a Master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Has at least 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate development, or new business development. Demonstrates strong analytical skills with experience in opportunity discovery and concept validation. Possesses excellent advisory and stakeholder management skills, including structured communication with internal and external (B2B) stakeholders. Has experience in financial risk mitigation, requirements gathering, process design, and producing high-quality handover documentation.
Core Responsibilities
Coordinate Transaction Monitoring change initiatives throughout the project lifecycle, connecting Business and Technology stakeholders and supporting delivery. Provide independent insights and transparent reporting on progress, results, quality, compliance, and risks, collaborating with the Project Management Office and project managers.
Requirements
A Master’s degree is preferred, particularly in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, along with at least five years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate development, or new business development. The candidate should bring strong analytical, advisory, and stakeholder management skills, as well as experience in financial risk mitigation, requirements gathering, process design, and producing high-quality handover documentation.
