About Us Martingale Risk is an Italian company with an international team, specializing in the recovery of losses arising from a wide range of financial products, including shares, bonds, credit facilities and derivatives. We assist investors and companies in claiming compensation for mis-sold or mismanaged financial instruments. Currently, one of our main focus areas is the SNS Reaal and SNS Bank subordinated bonds case, involving legal actions for affected bondholders (more information available on our English website). We are expanding our English-speaking outreach and are looking for a Client Consultant to support our business development activities. Role Overview We are looking for a part time Client Consultant to manage contacts with potential clients and present our services in a clear, professional, and engaging way. You will be part of a dynamic team and work closely with management to improve communication scripts, interaction quality and lead generation effectiveness. Main Responsibilities Handle primarily inbound contacts from potential clients seeking information about our services. Communicate in a professional and engaging manner, gathering key information. Identify and qualify “valid contacts” based on internal criteria. Accurately update interactions and notes in company systems. Collaborate with the team to continuously improve communication approaches. Requirements Dutch proficiency at (near-)native or C2 level English proficiency at (near-)native or C2 level Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident phone presence. Previous experience in customer contact roles is a plus, but not required; junior profiles are welcome. Good organizational skills and reliability in following processes. Plus Experience in financial services (trading, investments, banking, insurance, etc.). Familiarity with VoIP or client communication platforms (e.g., EasyCall or similar). Experience in international environments or with international clients. Contract and Compensation Collaboration duration: approximately 6 months. Start date: as soon as possible Contract type: flexible (collaboration agreement or Co.Co.Co.), to be defined during the interview process. Working time: part-time with flexible scheduling. Work mode: 100% remote. Monthly salary range: 800–1000€ Bonus scheme: additional incentives based on the number of signed mandates.

Core Responsibilities

Handle inbound inquiries from potential clients, explain the company’s services, gather relevant information, and qualify valid contacts. Record interactions accurately and work with the team to improve communication approaches and lead generation.

Requirements

Near-native or C2-level Dutch and English proficiency, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a confident phone presence are required. Customer contact experience is welcome but not required; organizational skills and reliability are expected, while financial services and VoIP experience are advantages.
