About This Role:
As an HR Graduate at Biogen, you will join our dynamic Human Resources team and contribute to a broad range of projects and activities that support both the Benelux cluster and the daily operations of the EU18 HR department. In this role, you will help drive key HR initiatives across areas such as AI skills development, talent growth and development, and pay transparency, all with a strong focus on enhancing the employee experience. You will also play an important role in structuring communication activities, including inspiration sessions and HR newsletters, to strengthen engagement across the organization. In addition, you will support policy updates and collaborate closely with our Centers of Expertise. You will also lead our BioTrain internship program, helping to cultivate future talent. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience while making a meaningful contribution to the business.
What You’ll Do:
- Support day-to-day HR operations for the Benelux affiliate.
- Participate in and lead regional HR projects and initiatives.
- Prepare and structure employee and manager communication activities.
- Update the EU18 HR SharePoint site as required.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including policy tasks and training activities.
- Document processes and update policies and procedures in the region.
- Collaborate with Centers of Expertise, such as People Services and Talent Acquisition.
- Prepare HR-related reports, including analytics and KPI tracking.
- Lead the BioTrain internship program to develop future talent.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Business Finance (with a major in leadership and organization) or similar.
- Graduated with at least 2+ years of general work experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with AI-related tools is beneficial.
- Fluency in English and at least one other European language from the EU18 countries.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to act confidentially and independently.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in HR analytics and KPI tracking.
- Familiarity with Workday or similar HR systems.
- Experience in leading internship or talent development programs.

Core Responsibilities

Requirements
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Finance and possess at least 2 years of general work experience. Proficiency in MS Office and fluency in English plus one other European language are required.
