Job Description
- Gebruikerservaringen ontwerpen met een sterke focus op gebruiksvriendelijkheid en de behoeften van gebruikers.
- Gebruikersonderzoek uitvoeren en inzichten vertalen naar effectieve UX-oplossingen.
- Samenwerken met stakeholders gedurende het gehele ontwerpproces.
- UX-concepten, bevindingen en aanbevelingen in het Nederlands communiceren en presenteren.
- Stakeholdermanagement ondersteunen en zorgen voor afstemming over de projectvereisten.
- 4+ jaar ervaring in User Experience (UX) Design.
- Sterke ervaring met User Experience Design en User Research.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, bij voorkeur in het Nederlands.
- Ervaring met het samenwerken met en managen van stakeholders.
- Een goed begrip van user-centered designprincipes.
- Gebruikersonderzoek uit te voeren en te analyseren.
- Gebruikersgerichte ontwerpoplossingen te ontwikkelen.
- Effectief te communiceren met stakeholders in het Nederlands.
- Verwachtingen en vereisten van stakeholders te managen.
- Effectief samen te werken met cross-functionele teams.

Core Responsibilities
You will design user experiences with a focus on usability and user needs while conducting research to translate insights into effective solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders throughout the design process to ensure alignment on project requirements.
Requirements
Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in User Experience Design and strong proficiency in user research. Excellent communication skills are required, with a preference for fluency in Dutch to effectively manage stakeholders.
