Job Description

Returns Manager - Hiring Remotely in The Netherlands or The UK.

Our Company
Neat brings people together with beautifully simple, versatile video devices and experiences. By minimizing the physical and virtual divide, we enable everyone to feel more connected, present and understood, however they prefer to work. We aim to make our technologies so intuitive that terms like "in-office" and "remote" will seem obsolete in five years. Neat's pioneering portfolio addresses the needs of today's workplace and natively supports Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet and a range of compelling business apps.

We are an ambitious, accountable, collaborative, responsible, and growing team that fosters an environment where creativity and ingenuity can flourish. We strive to bring out the best in our Neaters and make amazing products and experiences. We are based in Oslo with Neaters working all over the world.

The Opportunity

The International Returns Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the end-to-end returns process for Neatframe’s global customer base, ensuring that product returns, replacements, repairs, and related order activities are handled efficiently and accurately. This role serves as a key point of contact for international customers, distributors, partners, and internal teams regarding return authorizations, replacement orders, shipping coordination, product disposition, and order resolution. The position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Working closely with Order Management, Customer Support, Logistics, Sales, and Service teams, the International Returns Manager will investigate and resolve return-related issues, coordinate replacement equipment, track shipments, and ensure timely completion of open cases. The role will also monitor return trends, identify recurring issues, and provide feedback to internal stakeholders to improve processes and reduce customer impact. Responsibilities may include managing RMAs, coordinating international shipments and documentation, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring company policies and procedures are consistently followed.

Experience

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work across multiple departments and geographic regions.

  • Experience with order management, returns/RMA processes, logistics, customer service, or technology hardware is preferred, particularly within a global organization supporting enterprise customers and professional video collaboration solutions such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.

  • The successful candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.

With a significant global presence, Neat has multiple physical locations and remote Neaters based internationally too. We don’t restrict where we find our talent and who we hire. We use our technology to showcase that with Neat, you really can work seamlessly from anywhere.
