We are now looking for an experienced and passionate person for the role of Assistant Store Manager in our new Store in Netherlands - Utrecht. If you are passionate about sales, have strong leadership skills and love working in the fashion industry, you could be the perfect candidate for us!
ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Assistant Store Manager, you take ownership of the store when the manager is not there and are responsible for its results. In order for you to continue to develop your leadership skills, we provide you with support in your leadership role and access to our training courses in the Gina Tricot Smile Academy. Here it is important to us that you take the initiative to grow in your role.

You always strive to be top-notch and are a true team player who not only stands by but is actively involved on the floor with your team. Leading by example is a given for you when you motivate your team to create meaningful experiences for our customers. In addition, you are flexible and can adapt to different working hours, including evenings, weekends and busy periods such as Christmas.
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in service and sales
Experience in coaching and developing a sales team towards challenging goals
Great interest in sales and key figures
A passion for fashion and trends
An eye for the visual
Flexible working hours
Fluent in English

Core Responsibilities
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for store operations and results in the absence of the Store Manager. They are expected to lead by example, motivate the team, and ensure high-quality customer experiences.
Requirements
Candidates must have several years of experience in service and sales, along with a proven ability to coach and develop teams. A strong passion for fashion and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are required.
