  • Oversee customer-owned inventory management, including stock accuracy, returns handling, inventory visibility, and inventory control processes.
  • Own EMEA CFS/ITC project intake governance by validating requirements, order flows, and operational readiness while coordinating with ITC, SMO, logistics, and other key stakeholders.
  • Lead First Article Testing (FAT), support rollout schedules and shipment coordination, and provide executive-ready status updates and risk reporting for new CFS projects.
  • Define clear operational handovers between project teams, CFS operations, and 3PL warehouse partners while collaborating with global GICS and CFS teams to maintain worldwide process alignment and share best practices.

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, with a strong foundation in operations, service delivery, supply chain, or fulfillment environments.
  • Proven experience managing operational processes within configuration services, logistics, fulfillment, or end-to-end service delivery organizations.
  • Strong ability to drive cross-functional execution by collaborating effectively with Sales, Delivery, Supply Chain, Operations, IT, and other business stakeholders.
  • Experience establishing governance structures, operational cadences, and stakeholder communication frameworks to ensure alignment and accountability.
  • Demonstrated success implementing process controls and operational improvements that reduce errors, strengthen quality, and improve delivery consistency.
  • Working knowledge of CFS-related services such as Autopilot deployment, VPN-based staging, BIOS customization, device labeling, asset management, lifecycle returns, and certified data erasure.
