Work as an order picker at the world's largest flower and plant marketplace in Aalsmeer. You start at 06:00 and are usually done by 12:00, so your afternoons are free. No experience needed: you get full training. €16.60 to €24.90 per hour, including shift allowances. Over de functie For our client in Aalsmeer, we're looking for Order Pickers / Logistics Employees. Together with your team, you make sure millions of flowers and plants reach the right customers on time, every day. As an Order Picker, you collect and process orders quickly and accurately, and make sure every trolley ends up at the right destination. Your day-to-day work includes: Picking and processing flower and plant orders Moving flower and plant trolleys through the auction warehouse Sorting and distributing products to the correct locations Checking orders for quality and quantity Keeping your work area clean and safe Working with your colleagues to hit the daily logistics targets You'll drive an electric tug or order picking vehicle. No experience? No problem: you get full training before you start. Working hours: your shift starts at 06:00 and usually ends at 12:00, with occasional overtime until 13:00. Core Responsibilities

Pick and process flower and plant orders, move trolleys through the warehouse, and sort products to their correct destinations. Check orders for quality and quantity, maintain a clean and safe work area, and work with colleagues to meet daily logistics targets.

Requirements

Applicants must be available at least three days per week, including Mondays and Fridays, and be able to start at 06:00 in Aalsmeer. They should be physically fit, accurate, responsible, and able to speak Dutch or English; no prior experience is required because training is provided.
