Apply now Responsibilities Provide guidance to our directors and leads as well as training, counseling, and coaching our employees Drive performance review cycle and learning & development activities together with directors and leads Own and execute monthly payroll in collaboration with external payroll provider Collaborate with finance for reporting, budgeting, month- and year closing Contract and sick leave management according to Dutch laws and legislation Maintaining a seamless onboarding & offboarding process and ensuring workplace health of our employees Keeping HRIS, pension scheme, insurances, NS Business Cards updated Excellent execution and implementation of HR policies in line with company profile Implement corporate plans for a variety of HR matters and develop clear policies as well as ensuring policy awareness Collaborate with the finance team, office manager, studio director and management team to ensure a great place to work Support recruitment of new employees in collaboration with hiring manager Reporting to board, Plain and Embracer Group Essentials At least 5 years’ experience in relevant HR roles within an international dynamic organization Degree in human resources, business administration or similar qualification Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management Good knowledge of employment legislation and regulations Experience with requesting highly skilled migrant visa’s as well as assisting with the application for the 30% tax ruling Skilled in dealing with absenteeism (especially in cooperation with an ‘Arbodienst’) English and Dutch on a professional level You are eligible to work in the EU What we offer Opportunity to learn from the best in an international and creative market leader where you can make an impact; Internship allowance. Core Responsibilities

Lead people and culture activities, advise and coach employees and managers, and manage performance reviews, learning and development, recruitment, and HR policies. Oversee payroll, contracts, leave, onboarding and offboarding, HR records, and reporting in collaboration with finance and external providers.

Requirements

Requires at least five years of relevant HR experience in an international, dynamic organization, along with a degree in human resources, business administration, or a similar qualification. Candidates should have strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, knowledge of employment regulations, experience with Dutch migrant visa and 30% tax ruling applications and absenteeism management, professional-level English and Dutch, and eligibility to work in the EU.
