# IT Support Analyst ## About the Role Justrite Safety Group is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join its IT team in Barendrecht, Netherlands. The role serves as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance and is responsible for providing technical support across computer systems, networking infrastructure, hardware, software, and security-related issues. You’ll support more than 1,000 users across multiple sites, manage service desk tickets, troubleshoot end-user environments, assist with network administration and security, and work with IT team members and service providers to maintain reliable operations and service levels. The position reports directly to the Director of IT Operational Excellence and offers a potential path for career advancement within the organization. ## Key Responsibilities * Manage day-to-day IT Service Desk operations, including ticket prioritization, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution. * Ensure service delivery and customer satisfaction meet or exceed published service level agreements. * Report service desk key performance indicators to the management team. * Provide end-user support across virtual and physical machines. * Maintain current hardware and software on end-user machines and network hardware according to established update schedules. * Respond to users through deskside support, phone, email, and Microsoft Teams chat. * Create and maintain standard work instructions for end-user computing, network configurations, and mappings. * Monitor critical production processes and technologies in coordination with applicable service providers. * Identify, prioritize, and resolve hardware, software, infrastructure, and security issues that impact business operations. * Maintain company standards and assist with software and hardware inventory management. * Maintain software license counts and compliance for tools, including ERP and associated applications. * Assist with Active Directory Users & Computers, Microsoft 365 administration, VoIP endpoint troubleshooting, Exchange management, and network administration. * Work collaboratively with IT team members while also handling responsibilities independently. * Provide occasional after-hours support when required. * Lift up to 22 kilograms as required by the role. ## Required Qualifications * 4–5 years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. * Experience supporting onsite and remote users in a Windows-based environment supporting more than 1,000 users. * Fluent in **English and Dutch**. * Experience with networking concepts including: * Directory Services such as Windows 2016+ Active Directory, LDAP, and Microsoft 365 * Systems such as AS/400, Windows, Microsoft Exchange, VMware, VDI, and RDS * Internet protocols such as DNS, HTTP, SMTP, and SSL * Experience with LAN, WAN, and VPN networks. * Experience with Cisco switch configuration. * Working knowledge of remote support tools for Remote Desktop Services or VMware. * Ability to provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, prioritize requests, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. ## Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Technology, Systems/Network Administration, CIS, or a related field. * CompTIA A+, Network+, or MCP certification. * Ability to image computers onsite and maintain onsite hardware inventory. * ERP system knowledge. * Experience troubleshooting Windows 10, VPN, Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Office, and Exchange. * Experience handling software licensing processes. * Strong customer service skills and ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical language. * Strong logical and analytical skills. * Ability to identify root causes and implement solutions quickly. * Ability to prioritize user requests according to urgency. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Experience creating Knowledge Base articles for IT procedures. * Ability to learn new technical and business concepts quickly. * Ability to document problem statements and troubleshooting steps clearly in tickets before escalation. * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. ##
