You keep shipments moving and the customer informed, from first booking, validating purchase invoices to final billing. Balancing the big picture with precision and purpose is what you’ll do. Core Responsibilities

Manage import files throughout the full forwarding process, including orders, transport, documentation, and follow-up. Keep shipments moving and customers informed, validate purchase invoices, and handle final billing.

Requirements

Candidates should be comfortable handling forwarding documents and fluent in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus. The role also calls for integrity, positivity, customer focus, autonomy, initiative, adaptability, and comfort working with new technology.
