About the Role We are recruiting Production / Technical Operator for the manufacturing team in Breda. Depending on your experience and technical background, you will work on manual, semi-automated, or fully automated production lines. You'll help ensure production runs safely, efficiently, and according to strict quality standards. Some positions focus primarily on manual packaging and production activities, while others involve operating equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and improving production processes. Responsibilities Execute production and packaging activities according to established procedures. Prepare production lines, perform set-ups, changeovers, and cleaning activities. Supply materials and support smooth production flow. Monitor product quality and report deviations when necessary. Complete production documentation accurately and in compliance with GMP requirements. Operate and monitor production equipment, depending on the role. Troubleshoot production issues and support continuous improvement initiatives where applicable. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized working environment. Collaborate closely with colleagues from production, maintenance, and quality departments. Qualifications Experience in a production, manufacturing, logistics, packaging, or technical environment. Good command of English. Comfortable working according to procedures and quality standards. Reliable, accurate, and safety-conscious with strong attention to detail. Willingness to work in a shift system (2, 3, and 5 shifts). Technical affinity is an advantage for operators working with automated production lines. Experience in a GMP or other highly regulated environment is beneficial but not essential. Candidates from industries such as food, automotive, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing are also encouraged to apply if they have strong technical skills and a structured way of working. Requirements

Candidates need experience in production, manufacturing, logistics, packaging, or a technical environment, along with good English and the ability to follow procedures and quality standards. Reliability, accuracy, safety awareness, attention to detail, and willingness to work shifts are required; technical affinity and regulated-environment experience are advantageous.
