Overview Seeking an experienced Oracle EBS WMS professional to support ongoing European warehouse transformation and rollout initiatives, including template adoption, warehouse process standardization, integration design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization across multiple European locations. Role Details Role: Oracle EBS WMS Lead Consultant Location: Europe (Amsterdam / Italy preferred) Travel: Willingness to travel across European countries based on project needs Skills Required • Oracle EBS R12 Warehouse Management System (WMS) • MSCA (Mobile Supply Chain Applications) • Inventory Management • Shipping & Receiving • Logistics & Warehouse Operations • Barcode Label Printing • RF / Handheld Scanners • Task Management • Put-away, Picking, Cross Docking • 3PL Integrations • EDI Integrations • Oracle SQL / PL-SQL (preferred) Experience • Minimum 2-3 end-to-end Oracle EBS WMS implementations • Strong experience in designing and deploying warehouse solutions in large integrated landscapes • Experience integrating Oracle EBS with Transportation Management, Trade Compliance, Weights & Dimensions, and other external logistics applications • Understanding of Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Intercompany, and Master Data processes Responsibilities • Lead WMS solution design and implementation activities • Perform fit-gap analysis and business process workshops • Configure Oracle WMS, Inventory, Shipping, and MSCA modules • Support testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities • Collaborate with business, IT, architecture, and integration teams • Recommend best practices aligned with enterprise logistics standards • Support issue resolution and continuous process improvement initiatives Nice to Have • Experience in European logistics and warehouse environments • Knowledge of Transportation Management (OTM), PDH/PIM, SCP • Exposure to automation, warehouse mobility solutions, and large-scale transformation programs Engagement Expectations • High sense of ownership — expected to independently drive deliverables and outcomes with minimal oversight • Engagement will begin as a 6-month subcontract • Based on performance during this period, there is potential for conversion to a permanent employee role

Core Responsibilities

Lead Oracle EBS WMS solution design, configuration, and implementation, including fit-gap analysis, business workshops, and integration collaboration. Support testing, cutover, go-live, hypercare, issue resolution, and continuous improvement across European warehouse transformation and rollout initiatives.

Requirements

Requires at least 2–3 end-to-end Oracle EBS WMS implementations and strong experience designing and deploying warehouse solutions in large integrated environments. Candidates should have expertise in Oracle EBS R12 WMS, MSCA, inventory and shipping processes, logistics integrations, and related business processes, and be willing to travel across Europe.
