Company Description A-DCM delivers bespoke transaction and advisory support to select clients in alternative debt and FinTech - combining a strong industry network with deep domain expertise, and prioritising quality and close collaboration over volume. Role Description Full-time, hybrid internship in Amsterdam with direct exposure to live transactions from day one. This is a hands-on role: you'll carry real weight on active deals — research, analysis, and materials for client presentations and internal reports — working closely with senior team members. Steep learning curve, and more responsibility as you prove yourself. Qualifications Bachelor's completed, now in the final stage of a Master's (e.g. thesis phase) in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field Strong analytical and research skills; comfortable with financial and market data Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint Excellent English, written and spoken; Dutch is a big plus Fast learner who takes ownership and delivers under pressure Genuine interest in alternative debt, capital markets, FinTech, or financial consulting Currently residing in the Netherlands and for the internship's duration

Core Responsibilities

Conduct research and analysis on active transactions, working closely with senior team members. Prepare materials for client presentations and internal reports, taking on increasing responsibility as performance develops.

Requirements

Applicants must have completed a bachelor's degree and be in the final stage of a master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. They should have strong analytical and research skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, excellent English, an interest in relevant financial sectors, and reside in the Netherlands for the internship's duration; Dutch is a plus.
