What do we expect A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, Control Engineering, or a related field; Experience in industrial automation and/or machine building, preferably in a logistics or intralogistics environment, with knowledge of PLC programming and industrial control systems (including Siemens and Allen Bradley); Affinity with C#, Python or similar programming languages and a willingness to further develop in other programming languages. Interest in working on diverse projects and the ability to switch flexibly between different technical challenges; Ambition to broaden your field of expertise, for example towards Robot and AI vision alongside PLC programming; Affinity with complex logistics processes and automated systems; Willingness to travel, both nationally and internationally. About this vacancy As a Junior PLC Control Engineer, you will develop, implement and test software for customer-specific intralogistics solutions. You will work on control software for, among other things, conveyors, shuttles, sorting systems, and robotic applications, all of which together ensure an optimally functioning logistics process. You will be part of multidisciplinary project teams and work closely with colleagues from other disciplines, such as Robot Programmers. In addition to software development, you will have an important coordinating and advisory role within projects. Requirements
