About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will take ownership of software engineering activities from initial concept through development, realization, and final commissioning. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the quality, planning, and costs associated with software projects, ensuring the successful delivery of complex automation solutions. You will collaborate closely with Project Engineers and multidisciplinary teams across automation, robotics, electrical, and mechanical domains to bring projects to fruition. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing and refining internal standard software concepts, ensuring they are well-documented, scalable, and adaptable for future needs. The position involves supporting the commissioning of installations worldwide, with approximately 30% travel required. Requirements
