Field Support Engineer Groningen, NL Netherlands This requirement is for long term and will need presence onsite for 5 days a week Job Description Is As Below 5-10 years of experience in managing IT Infrastructure preferably in RD division Manufacturing site floor for Life sciences Industry Proficient in Dutch as well as English Provide operational and project support for RD Laboratory Manufacturing systems operating within GxPregulated environments ensuring adherence to regulatory validation and data integrity requirements Assist Site TSO for the daily prior activities eg Data analysis Knowledge articles update new application onboard support to new projects like data migration Collaborate with the MAKE team consisting of key roles Business Technology Lead BTL Technology Service Owner TSO Site Delivery Lead SDL Information Security Risk Management ISRM representative and Operation Technology Lead OTL for ongoing projects of site and new requirements Coordinates and acts as SPOC project lead for complex service requests local projects Interacts with Manufacturing Labs and Logistics personnel to problem solve future state requirements Interacts with multiple MLL stakeholders Execution systems plant engineers MLL IT technicians Monitor and achieve service levels tracks metrics analytics and ensures site health of GTS services eg network reliability availability capacity etc Creating Dashboard Kanban for the site to track ongoing tickets Performs CMDB related to GTS services Good Communication with site stakeholders to build strong trust Enable Process Improvement and Automation Initiatives Good understanding of ServiceNow to create reports of task and incidents and other activities Risk security vulnerability and compliance management related to GTS services Local site level asset planning purchasing deployment and decommissioning Delivery and coordination of end-user services service desk regarding Backup Database Windows team networking issues eg desktop, printer and other hardware support from respective Deskside L2 team network user access collaboration tools software install maintenance Service request coordination
Core Responsibilities
Provide operational and project support for research and development laboratory and manufacturing systems in GxP-regulated environments, ensuring regulatory validation and data integrity. Coordinate site service requests and projects, monitor service performance and infrastructure health, manage assets and compliance, and work with site stakeholders and support teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
Requirements
Requires 5–10 years of experience managing IT infrastructure, preferably in a research and development or manufacturing site within the life sciences industry. Proficiency in Dutch and English, a good understanding of ServiceNow, and experience supporting regulated systems and coordinating with technical and business stakeholders are required.
